Georgian Cuisine Days in Croatia
On October 27-29, the Days of Georgian Cuisine were held in Croatia. Students of the Faculty of Gastronomy of the University “Aspira” in Zagreb and Split, within the framework of the “World Cuisine” course, got acquainted with Georgian cuisine this year and learned to prepare traditional Georgian dishes with Chef Manuel Foundes Baranda. The master classes were also attended by representatives of academic circles, the media and the diplomatic corps accredited in Croatia.
